Cassian

Cassian is a Demon. He was once human, born in Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium from a latin father and a germanic mother.
He sold his soul and ended as demon.

New Sketch

I made another sketch for the young demon from Valentine Day.
I namend him Cassian.
The Nose will be a challenge to color. From below it easy could look lika a snout if i color it wrong. T^T

Seven deadly Sins Contest - Lust

I entered the Seven deadly Sins Contest from Fotolia [link].
This was a very new domain for me because i have never done Photomanipulation before.
But for this contest i needed to pick a sin and at least 3 Stockphotos from #StockProjekt on DA.
I decided to choose the Sin Lust!

These are the Pictures from the Stock i used and my composition of it ^^

And now the Outcome after changing and alter the Stock and draw the Satyr in it.

Now...BG!

Last night i became a work enthusiasm attack. ^^
So i almost finished my boy. Now the next step is working on the Background.
Because of the size of the picture i decided to do the Guy and the BG apart from each other and combine them now. (with a guy on only one Layer instead of something 40 XD)

Edit: I deletet the horns....they are a little too much.
Despite thinking he is almost finished i spended a lot more time on him today ....

A little sneak peak on the Face of my new Boy.Its a little blurry because in the whole picture his face will be much smaler and i blowed up this cutout. Kinda sad ....;)

New way of working (first try)

This is my first try drawing in b/w and adding the color last.
I hope the result will be ok. In this step i will slowly refine my rough sketch.

OC Kai finished

Kai - a while later ...

After working on him for 3,5 - 4 hrs.
Still a lot to do. Till now i like the outcome and my try to be more manga-ish.
But the colouring is now a compromise between my semi-real and manga. I tend to draw a lot of details into skin and keep control myself into doing not so much. XD

After lot of fail sketches, now the final sketch for my new OC Kai.
I made the sketch a lot more manga-ish than my normal work, and i will try to colour it manga-ish too.

Sketch overworked, because Anatomy and Pose seems kinda off:
